I love teaching women about the beautiful power held within their bodies.  I teach classes on body literacy, sexual sovereignty, menstrual cycle awareness, fertility awareness, herbal allies for reproductive health, embodying the feminine, tending feminine, birth control alternatives and transitions for women (menarche, motherhood, and menopause).
